The most important factor for business success

You want to know a lot of things, to be able to do even more, but if you don’t make a decision, if you are not ready to act, you won’t succeed in any business. Or, if you don’t have a firm determination to follow your personal decision. The main thing is to start and do. And, if you do not decide on this, you will not succeed in business in any way, right?

How does the main factor of business success work?
I am not a psychologist or philosopher, but I’ll try to find out how the very important factor of success in business and in life works, where it comes from and what it is eaten with.

Firstly, you need to understand that it consists of two parts that are completely interdependent from each other:

Solution implementation
Everything seems to be simple. But in fact, not everyone understands this to the end, honestly. I know people (and you too, I’m sure) who seem to start playing sports on Monday, leave work next month and start their own business, eat right next week … and so on. You understood the hint. And they think they made that decision. And this is not so surprising, for me personally, at least. I myself have done this more than once, I admit honestly. To express your intentions or share plans is one thing. But to make a decision (!!!) is quite another. The fact that you intend to do something, or plan, or tell, even if you really want it, does not mean that you have made a decision! Do you feel the difference?

The success factor in the business we are talking about is to make a decision! And follow it! Implement step by step. Do it if you want. This is the second part of this very success factor, as you understand. And, of course, without each other they are unrealistic, impracticable.

It is clear that it happens that the decision seems to be made, but not implemented. Not to fulfill the plan – everyone used to, we talked about this. But it happens and vice versa. A person does something, tries to do, works. But the real decision, he never made. It seems to have started his small business, but … And what is happening? A week later, tired, lost interest, something does not work, and that’s all – he quits. He did, without deciding in advance, what exactly he would do, and what he needed. It’s just that at some point it became interesting, attracted with something, I wanted to try … Some are lucky, and along the way they will make this very decision. But most do not. Fact.

I hope you understand what I want to say … But I want to say that there are two wrong options for manipulating what we call the “main factor in business success.” Here they are:

Make a decision and not implement it.
To do something without making a firm decision in advance that it is actually needed.
Accordingly, the most important factor in business success works like this: first you make a confident, informed and firm decision, and then persistently and disciplined implement it. And it would be very simple if there were not 4 words: “confident”, “justified”, “disciplined” and “persistent”. That is precisely what many people miss in understanding the question, what is the most important factor for success in business (I apologize for a little irony). I hope it has become clearer.

I understand that the topic is probably hackneyed, discussed by everyone and everywhere, but I consider it very important. I think that really many lack a real understanding of the issue, on which success in their own business depends. And that many would really not call decisiveness or willingness to act the main factor of success (in life, in business, in fact). So I myself realized this quite late. Preparing, as if to the Olympics before doing real business. Not because the world is not allowed to go unprepared (but when a person is ready, who will say?), But because he hasn’t made a decision. That is the only truth. Do not have another one. Is always.

So, the most important factor in business success, friends, is to make a decision and act. Anything else will help. Something strong, something stronger, something less … And only if you do not know how (or do not want) to make decisions, do not dare even think about business.
